With performance and lecture demonstrations, hands-on activities, interviews and jam sessions, Dachverband Tanz Deutschland, together with Bureau Ritter and Joint Adventures / NPN, would like to engage in a major exchange of experiences at the ‘Dance creates cohesion’ day of action. The day will culminate in a large demonstration with dance and for dance. Statements by artists and politicians will be mixed with music and dance. The diversity and potential of dance will be made visible in the public space and brought into the political dialogue. The day of action is part of the Shield & Shine campaign of Die Vielen (The Many). Zeitgenössischer Tanz Berlin e.V. is calling for a broad presence of Berlin artists to draw attention to the concerns of dance in Berlin and the DanceAgenda2024 in a loud and performative way as part of the demonstration.
