The Cultural Community Center in the Heizhaus at Uferstudios
The Cultural Community Center (CCC) is inviting one and all to its second installment of the Lifetimes event series in the Heizhaus at Uferstudios. In the midst of all the current crises, the CCC sees itself as a venue for coming together, learning, playing and participating. With thoughts of farewells and new beginnings, the aim is to foster encounters — with the youngest and the oldest, with drag and folk dances, with a menopause and bereavement café and with a Disco for All, in which the finite period of life is celebrated. It all kicks off on September 7 with the participatory event, Let’s Folkdance. The series is curated by PSR, a collective of Berlin artists and cultural workers, currently consisting of Olympia Bukkakis, Olivia Hyunsin Kim, Mmakgosi Kgabi, Sheena McGrandles, Dina Nurpeissova and Simone Willeit.
